Name Changes Request NC-120

#1. Please ensure that the hearing date should be 5-6 weeks later from the first publication date. If your hearing date is earlier than this, you may need to call the Riverside County Clerk to reschedule; however, you should still publish this now.

#2. Photo or scan Form NC 120 and email to legals@thevalleychronicle.com. Or Fax to (951) 652-4009. Please note: No need to go to our office. Our deadline is 7 PM Wednesday for Thursday's edition.

#3. We charge $50 for each name change. There are no additional fees and we guarantee the lowest price. After completing steps #1 and #2, you can pay by credit or debit card below.

After 4 weeks successful publication. We will send the one signed affidavit copy at the County Clerk's office where the hearing is scheduled and we will mail and email a copy to you. You will receive an email confirmation within 2-3 business days. Please wait at least two business days before contacting us.
