Alice Trotter, 74, of Hemet, died Feb. 8, 2012 at Hemet Valley Medical Center.

Services are private.

Miller-Jones Mortuary in Hemet is handling arrangements.

Mrs. Trotter, who was born in Tennessee, lived in Hemet for 15 years.

She was a teacher's assistant for 16 years.

Mrs. Trotter was preceded in death by her husband of 44 years, Paul Edmond Trotter.

She is survived by two daughters, Sharell Denice Riley and Diana L. Williams; and three grandchildren.
