Sheriff trying to ruin Soboba-city relations

It is very disturbing that the Riverside County sheriff (at least, Sheriff Stan Sniff) is doing its best to hurt relations between the city of San Jacinto and the Soboba Band of Luiseņo Indians by their threat to try to close the Soboba Casino.
